TEMPORARY PLACEMENT AGREEMENT

 

The Barr Connection LLC is a referral service.  All candidates are interviewed and vetted according to the skills appropriate for which the candidate is referred.

All placement fees are paid by the employer and are non-negotiable.  The temporary placement fee for temporary personnel is (18%) of the gross weekly earnings of the employee.  All commissions are payable to The Barr Connection LLC concurrently with the payment of earnings to the temporary employee, either at the end of a day-to-day assignment or at the end of each work week.  The temporary employee will present you with a wage statement.  The Barr Connection DOES NOT RENDER AN INITIAL BILL.

All personnel referred to you on a temporary status are NOT EMPLOYEES OF THE BARR CONNECTION LLC. The Barr Connection LLC is not responsible for employee taxes. The monies paid to The Barr Connection LLC is a commission fee only.  If the employee is hired permanently, the fee is 12% of the annual salary minus 3 months of temporary fees already paid.  

                                               

PERMANENT PLACEMENT AGREEMENT

The Permanent Placement fee due for each employee is 12% of the employee’s total estimated first year’s annual compensation, as agreed upon by The Barr Connection LLC, the employee and the employer at the time of hiring.

25% of the Permanent Placement fee is due immediately upon employee’s start date; the remaining balance is due within 45 days of the employee’s start date.

If an employee is terminated or resigns within six months, The Barr Connection LLC will at its discretion provide either a new placement at no additional fee or will provide a pro-rata refund of the Permanent Placement fee based on the then-applicable Temporary Placement Fee structure.
